• Next.js frontend aur Node.js backend develop karna
• RESTful APIs aur database schema design karna
• Performance optimization aur code reviews
• Cross-functional teams ke saath collaborate karna
• Technical documentation maintain karna

Kya chahiye? (Requirements)

• B.Tech / B.E. in CS or equivalent experience
• 2+ years with React/Next.js aur Node.js
• PostgreSQL ya MongoDB ka solid knowledge
• Git, CI/CD, aur Agile practices
• Problem-solving mindset aur attention to detail
